IN A SMALL BOWL COMBINE COCOA WITH HOT WATER.

IN A LARGE BOWLCREAM TOGETHER THE MARGARINE AND SUGAR.

ADD EGGS AND BEAT UNTIL FLUFFY.

STIR IN COCOA MIXTURE.

MIX MILK AND VINEGAR.

ADDALTERNATELY WITH MILK TO CREAMED MIXTURE, BEATING WELL AFTER EACHADDITION.
