Prairie Fire is a hot sauce made from habanero peppers, vinegar, and salt.
Melt butter in large pan; add onions and saute them until soft.
Addbacon drippings.
Add beans and mash, adding bean juice if needed.
Cookover low heat mashing and stirring until desired consistency isreached.
Add remaining ingredients.
Stir over low heat until cheese ismelted.
Taste for seasonings, adding reserved jalapeno juice ifneeded.
Serve in a chafing dish with tostados or corn chips.
Can befrozen or stored in refrigerator.
