¼ c Salad Oil

1 ts Garlic Powder

2 tb Soy Sauce

1 x Freshly Ground Pepper

¼ c Bourbon, Sherry, Or Wine

Combine all ingredients and pour over meat.

Marinate in refrigerator.

Also use to baste meat as you cook it.
