Appetizer Spareribs Recipe

Do you have to deliver a starter to someone's house? These babies will talk about you all night if you go with them. Not even mentioning the source of the recipe is necessary.

 3 lb. spareribs
 4 Tbsp. molasses
 4 Tbsp. prepared mustard
 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
 3 Tbsp. Worcestershire
 ¼ tsp. cayenne

Have sparerib racks cut into 3-inch lengthwise strips

Cut strips into individual ribs

Place in a shallow baking pan

Blend together molasses and mustard

Stir in lemon juice, soy sauce, Worcestershire and cayenne

Mix well

Brush spareribs with part of the sauce

Bake at 350

Drain on paper towels

If wished, spareribs may be frozen and reheated by baking at 300
