Apricot Basting Sauce Recipe

Apricot Basting Sauce is a sweet and tangy sauce made with apricot preserves, white vinegar, and Dijon mustard. It is perfect for basting chicken or pork while grilling.

 ½ c Apricot Jam
 ¼ c Apricots; Dried, Fine Chop
 ¼ c Dry White Wine
 1 tb Honey
 1 ts Worcestershire Sauce

Heat all ingredients over low head, stirring occasionally, until jam ismelted.
