Braccioli–(My Recipe) Recipe

Ingredients:1 lb. ground beef1/2 cup bread crumbs1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese1 egg1/4 teaspoon salt1/4 teaspoon black pepper1/4 teaspoon garlic powder1/4 teaspoon onion powder1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning1/2 cup tomato sauceInstructions:1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.2. In a large bowl, mix together ground beef, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Italian seasoning.3. Shape mixture into small balls.4. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook meatballs in tomato sauce until browned and cooked through, about 10 minutes.5. Serve with cooked pasta and additional tomato sauce, if desired.

 8 ea Sprigs chopped parsley
 3 ea Cloves minced garlic
 ½ c Dry bread crumbs
 1 tb Parmesan cheese; grated
 2 ea Whole hard-cooked diced eggs
 1 ea Onion; small/finely chopped
 1 tb Dried basil
 ¼ ts Ground pepper
 1 1/2 lb Round steak
 1 ea Whole beaten egg
 2 tb Flour
 ¼ c Oil or vegetable oil
 ¾ c Water
 1 x Spaghetti sauce (opt)
 2 ea Strips diced bacon
 ¼ ts Oregano

A GOOD MEAT RECIPE TO SERVE WITH LASAGNE OR PASTA MEALS Place parsley,garlic, bread crumbs, cheese, onion, hard-cooked eggs, diced bacon, pepper,and a pinch of oregano in a bowl and mix well.

Pound the steak on both ofits sides and lay it flat on a table.

Spread mixed ingredients on top ofsteak.

Fold edges in and roll.

Tie securely with string.

Dip rolled and tied steak in beaten egg, then in flour.

Heat oil in askillet, saute steak on all sides until golden brown.

Place in a roastingpan.

Add water and roast in a 350F.

oven for 45 minutes.

Cut into 1-1/2 inch slices and serve as is, or pour spaghetti sauce overthe steak, if desired.
