Ingredients: ¼ c walnuts, chopped; 2 ea peaches, diced; 2 tb honey; 2 tb brandy; 2 tb apple juice; 1 pt honey vanilla ice cream; 2 tb butter

¼ c walnuts, chopped

2 ea peaches, diced

2 tb honey

2 tb brandy

2 tb apple juice

1 pt honey vanilla ice cream

2 tb butter

In a saucepan, combine walnuts, honey, apple juice, butter and peaches.

Stir over low heat just until heated through; do NOT boil.

Remove fromheat and add brandy.

Spoon warm topping over individual servings of icecream.

Serves 4 .
