Brandy Sauce Recipe

Brandy sauce is a type of dessert sauce made with brandy, butter, sugar, and heavy cream. It is often used as a topping for cakes, pies, and other desserts.

 1 c Water
 1 ts Nutmeg
 2 tb Corn Starch
 ¼ c Brandy
 2 tb Butter
 1 ts Real Vanilla
 ½ c Sugar

Mix dry ingredients and then stir them into a cup of boiling water.

Boilfor 5 minutes and then add butter, brandy, and vanilla.

Serve hot overmince pie or gingerbread.
