CHICKEN BREAST MEAT CUT INTO 1 SQUARE PIECES, BONELESS, SKINLESSCOMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS EXCEPT CELERY IN A LARGE SAUCE PAN.

REDUCE HEAT, COVER AND SIMMER FOR 1 HOUR AND 20 MINUTES.
