 ¾ ts Baking powder
 1 1/4 c Packed brown sugar
 ¾ ts Baking soda
 ¾ c Butter milk
 1 tb Vanilla
 2 c Flour
 sugar for garnish
  c Cocoa

Coat a 9 square baking dish with non stickcooking spray.

In a large bowl, with mixer on medium, beat egg whites,brown sugar, and butter milk for two minutes.

Add flour, cocoa, bakingpowder and soda and vanilla.

Beat 2 minutes or until well blended.

Pourinto greased dish.

Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until a pick inserted inmiddle comes out clean.
