A traditional Easter Egg Nog recipe is made with milk, cream, sugar, eggs, and nutmeg.
Beat cream thick, and combine with sugar and egg yolks which have beenbeaten together.
Then add 1 1/4 tumblers brandy (to taste) and stifflybeaten egg whites.
It may require more sugar according to taste.
Keep cooluntil served.
Sprinkle with nutmeg, if desired.
