Eclair Cake is a chocolate cake with a creamy filling and a chocolate glaze. The cake is named after the French pastry, éclair, which means "flash of lightning."
Mix pudding with milk and cool whip.
Butter bottom of 9 X 12 cake pan.
Put one layer of whole graham crackers, then 1/2 pudding.
Then layergraham crackers and top with the rest of the pudding.
Cover with moregraham crackers and frost with chocolate frosting.
Refrigerate overnightor at least six hours.
