Eggless Corn Muffins Recipe

Eggless corn muffins are a type of quick bread that is made without eggs. They are usually made with cornmeal, flour, milk, and baking powder. Eggless corn muffins are often served as a side dish or snack.

 1 c Cornmeal
 ½ c Flour
 ¼ c Sugar
 1 ts Salt
 2 ts Baking powder
 1 c Milk
 2 tb Shortening, melted

Sift and mix together the dry ingredients.

Add the milk and shortening.

Pour into greased muffin tins and bake at 350-F for 30 minutes.
