A fruit and nut muffin is a type of muffin that contains both fruit and nuts. The fruit can be fresh or dried, and the nuts can be chopped or whole. These muffins are often made with a variety of different fruits and nuts, such as apples and walnuts or bananas and pecans.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a large bowl combine sugars, applesauce,oil, egg whites and milk.
Mix thoroughly.
Add flours, baking soda, bakingpowder and spices.
Combine until well mixed.
Stir in nuts, raisins anddates.
Spoon into lightly oiled or paper lined muffin tins and bake for20-30 minutes.
Makes 36 muffins.
