Fruit Pudding Recipe

Fruit pudding is a type of pudding that is made with fruit and often served as a dessert. It can be made with fresh or canned fruit, and the pudding can be either cooked or uncooked. Fruit pudding is often served with a sauce or topping, such as whipped cream, ice cream, or custard.

 1 c Raisins
 1 c Suet, chopped
 1 c Molasses
 1 c Milk
 1 ts Salt
 1 ts Soda
 1 x dissolved in:
 ¼ c Water, boiling
 ½ ts Cinnamon
 ½ ts Nutmeg
 ½ ts Allspice
 ¼ ts Cloves
 1 x Flour

Combine and mix all the ingredients above, adding the dissolved soda last.

Pour into a well-greased mold, cover tightly and steam for 3 hours.
