Ingredients: 8 oz. soft cream cheese; 2 Tbsp. milk; 2 ½ oz. jar dried beef, minced; 2 Tbsp. chopped onion; 2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper; ½ sour cream; 1 tsp. Accent; ½ tsp. garlic salt

At their yearly open house, my pastor's wife in New York served this, and my husband adored it. When we tailgate in Auburn on the plains, I succeed.

8 oz. soft cream cheese

2 Tbsp. milk

2 ½ oz. jar dried beef, minced

2 Tbsp. chopped onion

2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper

½ sour cream

1 tsp. Accent

½ tsp. garlic salt

Combine cream cheese and milk

Add remaining ingredients and pat into 8-inch pie plate

Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes

Serve with crackers
