There is no one definitive recipe for hot bisquits. However, many recipes for hot bisquits call for a combination of flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, butter, milk, and eggs. Some recipes also include add-ins such as cheese, herbs, or fruit.
Sift flour, salt and baking powder.
Gradually add the cream, working aslittle as possible.
Turn out on floured board and press out with the hands.
Do not roll.
Cut with biscuit cutter and bake at 400-F about 10 minutes.
