There is no one definitive recipe for lasagna, but it typically consists of layers of pasta, meat or vegetables, and cheese, with a tomato-based sauce.

 1 lb Ground beef
 2 cn Tomato sauce
 1 ts Salt
 1 ts Italian seasoning
 ¼ ts Pepper
 8 oz Lasagna
 1 1/4 lb Cottage cheese (dry)
 2 c Mozzarella (grated)
 ½ c Parmesian cheese

~ Brown the ground beef and drain.

~ add tomato sauce and seasonings ~simmer slowly for 20 minutes ~ prepare the lasagna noodles ~ arrange onelayer of lasagna in parallel strips in the bottom of a greased 9x13 inchbaking pan.

~ Top with 1/3 of the meat sauce, 1/3 of the mozzarella, 1/3 ofthe cottage cheese.

~ Repeat the layering until done.

End with the cottagecheese.

~ top with parmesian cheese.

~ Bake in a 350 degree oven for 30minutes.
