A Luncheon Salad is a light meal, usually consisting of a salad and one or two other dishes. It is typically served in the middle of the day, between breakfast and lunch.
DISSOLVE GELATIN IN BOILING WATER.
COOL.
ADD REMAINING INGREDIENTS EXCEPTFOR THE MAYONNAISE AND WHIPPED TOPPING.
MIX THE MAYONNAISE AND TOPPING AND BLEND INTO THE GELATIN MIXTURE.
POUR INTO INDIVDUAL MOLDS OR A RING MOLD.
REFRIGERATE FOR A LEAST 2 HOURS BEFORE SERVING.
