This Meatloaf (Egg Beaters) Recipe is a healthier, low-fat version of the classic American dish. It is made with ground turkey or chicken, and is bound together with egg beaters instead of whole eggs. This results in a lighter, fluffier meatloaf that is just as delicious as the original.
Reserve 1/4 cup tomato sauce.
In a bowl combine beef, bread crumbs, eggbeaters, onion, garlic powder, oregano and remaining tomato sauce.
Shapeinto a 4 x 9 inch loaf.
Place on a baking sheet.
Bake at 375 deg f for 30minutes.
Spread remaining tomato sauce over the top.
Bake another 20 to 30minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 deg f.
Makes 8 servings.
