Pudding Sauce Recipe

Pudding sauce is a smooth, sweet sauce made from milk, sugar, and cornstarch. It is often used as a topping for desserts, such as pudding, cake, or pie.

 ½ c Sugar
 1 tb Flour
 2 tb Butter
 2 c Water, boiling
 1 ts Vanilla

Combine the sugar and flour and mix well.

Add the boiling water stirringconstantly to prevent lumping.

Cook in double boiler until the mixturethickens.

Add butter and stir until melted.
