Quick Coffee Cake Recipe

There are many recipes for quick coffee cake, but they all generally follow the same principle: a simple cake batter is baked in a pan, and then a streusel topping is added before serving. The streusel topping can be made with a variety of ingredients, including nuts, spices, and dried fruit.

PREPARE TOPPING; SET ASIDE.

IN A BOWL STIR TOGETHER FLOUR, SUGAR, BAKINGPOWDER AND SALT.

POUR MILK INTO A 1 CUP MEASURE AND ADD EGG AND BUTTER.

STIR TO MIX WELL.

POUR ALL AT ONCE INTO DRY MIXTURE.

POUR BATTER INTO THE PREPARED PAN.
