EXTRAS FOR ADDED FLAVORNutmeg2 tb Chopped chives2 tb Chopped parsley1 ts Lemon juice In a one quart sauce pan, over low heat, melt butter.
Add flour and stirfor 3 to 4 minutes or until well blended.
Stir in milk slowly; cook,stirring constantly until thickened and smooth.
Add one or more of theextras to alter the taste.
Serve over vegetables or fish.
