Strawberry Cheesecake Recipe

A strawberry cheesecake recipe is a dessert that contains a mixture of cream cheese, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract on a graham cracker crust. The filling is then topped with fresh strawberries.

 1 1/2 c Graham cracker crumbs
 3 tb Margarine or butter; melted
 2 tb Sugar

CRUST: Stir together graham cracker crumbs and sugar.

Mix in butterthoroughly and press into a 9 springform pan.

Bake 10 minutes.

Cool.

Reduce oven temperature to 300øF.

FILLING: Beat cream cheese in a large mixing bowl.

Gradually add sugar,beating until fluffy.

Add lemon peel and vanilla.

Beat in eggs one at atime.
