 1 md RED BELL PEPPER CHOPPED
 ¼ c GRATED PARMESAN CHEESE

HEAT OLIVE OIL IN A LARGE SKILLET OVER HIGH HEAT.

ADD ONION, ZUCCHINI,SQUASH, AND BELL PEPPER.
