Trahana (Sour Dough) Recipe

?Trahana is a traditional Greek food that is made from a sourdough starter. It is a thick, porridge-like dish that is typically served with a yogurt or feta cheese sauce.

 ½ cup Trahana
 1 Tbsp Olive oil
 4 cups Water
 paste
 romano cheese

Bring the water and olive oil to a boil. Add the trahana and stir constantly for approximately 20 minutes. Add a little tomato paste and salt to taste. Serve with grated romano cheese and a little bit of butter in each bowl.
