?Apple cobbler is a dessert made with apples and a biscuit-like dough. It can be served with ice cream or whipped cream.

 6 large Granny Smith apples, peeled
  cup sugar
 1 tsp. cinnamon
 1 tsp. vanilla
 1 tsp. lemon peel
 1 tsp. lemon juice
 ½ tsp. nutmeg
 of salt
 2 Tbs. tapioca flour
  cup white sugar
 ½ cup brown sugar
 ½ cup and 2 Tbs. flour
 2 tsp. cinnamon
 2 sticks cold butter

Combine apples, sugar, cinnamon, vanilla, lemon peel, lemon juice,

nutmeg, salt and tapioca in a large bowl. Spray a 9x13" baking dish

with non-stick spray and fill with apple mixture.

Combine sugars, flour and cinnamon in food processor. Cut in butter

until mixture is crumbly.

Top cobbler with streusel mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

Serve hot.
