A Barley Casserole Recipe is a dish that is usually made with barley, vegetables, and a protein source such as chicken, beef, or lamb. It is typically baked in the oven, but can also be cooked on the stovetop.
1 1/2 lb Ground beef
2 ts Salt
2 tb Cooking oil
¼ ts Pepper
1 1/2 c Onion - chopped
1 cn Tomato sauce - (6 oz. can)
½ c Celery - chopped
3 c Hot water
¾ c Barley
cheese

Brown meat on cooking oil.

Mix other ingredients and add to meat.

Placein casserole dish and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

Cook in low oven about1- 1/2 hours.
