A:Ingredients:1 pound ground pork1/2 teaspoon salt1/4 teaspoon black pepper1/4 teaspoon dried sage1/4 teaspoon dried thyme1/4 teaspoon dried marjoram1/4 teaspoon dried parsley1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes1 clove garlic, minced1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce1/4 cup bread crumbs1 egg, beatenInstructions:1. In a large bowl, mix together ground pork, salt, black pepper, sage, thyme, marjoram, parsley, red pepper flakes, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, bread crumbs, and egg.2.  1 1/2 pounds ground pork
  cup green onion, finely chopped
 2 teaspoons fennel seeds
 ½ teaspoon paprika
 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, finely chopped
 1 tablespoon fresh oregano leaves, finely chopped
 2 cloves garlic, minced
 1 tablespoon minced parsley
 1 to 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
 ½ teaspoon pepper
 ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper
 1 tablespoon oil

1. Mix together pork, green oniion, fennel seeds, paprika, rosemary, oregano, garlic parsley, salt, pepper, and curshed red pepper. Blend well.

2. Refrigerate overnight.

3. Remove mixture from refrigerator. Form into 3 inch patties.

4. Saute patties in hot oil until very brown and crisp on both sides, about 10 minutes.

5. Serve immediately with pancakes and maple syrup.
