Carmelized carnitas is a dish made from pork that has been slow cooked in a mixture of oil and spices until it is browned and caramelized. The dish is often served with tortillas, salsa, and guacamole.

~Place pork cubes in single layer in 10-inch skillet.
Top with remainingingredients except green onion.
Heat to boiling; reduce heat.
Simmeruncovered, stirring occasionally unti the water has evaproated and the porkis slighly carmelized, about 35 minutes.
