Chile Cheese Casserole Recipe

Chile cheese casserole is a dish made with chili peppers, cheese, and other ingredients. It is often served as a main course or side dish.

 1 ea Can #2 whole kernal corn
 2 tb Oleo
 2 tb Flour
 1 c Milk
 ½ lb Thinly sliced Cheddar cheese
 ½ ts Salt
 2 ea Eggs, slightly beaten
 1 c Bread crumbs
 1 ea Pkg. green chile
 1 ea Buttered cracker crumbs

Melt oleo, add flour, add milk and cook unti thick.

Drain corn and add toeggs, and bread crumbs.

Add to oleo, flour and milk mix.

In a deepcasserole, put half of the corn mixture, layer 1/3 cheese and peppers, make2 more layers.

Sprinkle cracker crumbs on top.

Bake 45 min at 350 F.

Thisdish may be frozen ahead of time.
