Ingredients:1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs1/4 cup sugar1/3 cup butter, melted2 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened1 cup sugar1 teaspoon vanilla extract3 eggs1 cup (6 ounces) semisweet chocolate chips, melted and cooled1/2 cup heavy whipping creamDirections:Preheat oven to 350°. In a small bowl, combine cracker crumbs, sugar and butter. Press onto the bottom and up the sides of a greased 9-in. springform pan. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Beat in the sugar and vanilla until blended. Add eggs; beat on low speed just until combined. Stir in chocolate. Pour into crust. Place pan on a baking sheet. Bake for 55-60 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool for 10 minutes. Carefully run a knife around edge of pan to loosen; cool for 1 hour longer. Refrigerate overnight.In a small bowl, beat whipping cream until stiff peaks form; spread over top. Store in the refrigerator.

Mix well.
Press intothe bottom and 2 inches up the sides of a 9 spring for pan.
Refrigerate.
In a large bowl, Mix cream cheese and 2/3 cup sugar; beat ubtil smooth.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition, until wellblended.
Add melted chocolate; beat well.
Add whipping cream, 2 tb meltedbutter and 1 ts vanilla.
Beat until smooth.
Pour into prepared pan.
Bakeat 325 deg f for 55-60 minutes or until edges are set (center will besoft).
Cool in pan for 5 minutes.
Remove sides of pan and cool cheese cakein refrogerator overnight.
Blend together sour cream, 1 tsp sugar and 1/2tsp vanilla.
Spread on top of cake.
Melt shortening and chocolatetogether.
Drizzle over topping on cake.
Serve chilled.
