 1 ea Onion; Large, Finely Chopped
 1 tb Ground Red Chiles
 ¼ ts Ground Red Pepper
 1 ea Ancho Chile;
 1 tb Vegetable Oil
 1 c Orange Juice
 ½ c Lime Juice
 2 tb Sugar
 2 tb Lemon Juice
 1 tb Fresh Cilantro; Snipped
 1 ts Salt

Ancho chile should be seeded and finely chopped.

~Cook onion, ground red chiles, red pepper and ancho chile in oil, stirringfrequently, until onion is tender, about 5 minutes.

Stir in remainingingredients.

Heat to boiling, reduce heat to low.

Simmer uncovered, about10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Makes about 2 1/3 cups of sauce.
