This is a recipe for an easy last-minute coffee cake. It uses a cake mix, so it is quick and easy to make. The cake is moist and flavorful, and it is topped with a streusel topping.

 2 c All-purpose flour
 1 c Sugar
 4 tb Cocoa
 2 ts Baking soda
 1 c Cold coffee
 1 c Mayonnaise
 1 ts Vanilla

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Mix all the dry ingredients.

Blend in thecoffee, mayonnaise and vanilla.

Grease and flour an 8-inch round cake pan.

Pour in the batter and bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes.

Test to seeif it's done by inserting a knife in the middle.

If it comes out clean,that means the cake is done.

Remove from oven and cool on a wire rack.

Slice and serve.
