INGREDIENTS

 225 g Fava beans (canned, also called Broad beans)
 ¼ Tomatoes
 ¼ Onions
 ¾ Garlic cloves
  Salt
  cup Lemon juice
 ½ tbsp Olive oil
FOR GARNISH
 Parsley (chopped)

INSTRUCTIONS

Empty the fava beans with their water into a pot. Bring to a boil then simmer on medium heat for 3-5 minutes. Do not cover.

Put the boiled fava beans with some of their water in a serving bowl. Add the lemon juice, olive oil, chopped onion and most of the tomato (leave a bit on the side for garnish). Add all the crushed garlic and salt and mix.
