A Fresh Apple Cake is a cake that is made with fresh apples. The apples can be any type of apple, but they are usually Granny Smith apples. The cake is usually a bundt cake or a sheet cake. It is often served with a caramel or vanilla glaze.
1 c Wesson oil
1 ts Cinnamon (or pumpkin
2 c Sugar
spice)
2 Eggs (beaten)
½ ts Salt
2 ts Vanilla
3 c Apple (peeled and
3 c Flour
chopped)
1 ts Soda
1 c Chopped nuts

Mix first four ingredients.

Sift dry ingredients together and add.

Addnuts and apples.

Bake in bundt pan or one pound coffee cans at 350approximately one hour.
