This recipe is for giant chocolate chip cookies that are made with graham crackers. The cookies are soft and chewy, and the graham crackers add a nice flavor and texture to the cookies.
Heat oven to 325 deg f.
Combine cracker crumbs, flour, soda and salt.
Withan electric mixer, at medium speed, cream butter and sugar until light andfluffy.
Add in egg and vanilla.
Mix well.
Add dry mix slowly.
Drop by 1/4cup fulls onto baking sheet, about three to a sheet.
Flatten slightly withpalm of hand.
Press chips into dough.
Bake until edges are golden brown,about 15 minutes.
Cool on baking sheets for about one minute beforeremoving to wire racks.
