Ginger Pork Recipe

Ginger pork is a dish made with pork that has been cooked with ginger. It is a popular dish in many parts of the world, including China, Korea, and Japan.

 2 lb Pork, cubed
 1 Garlic, minced, clove
 1 tb Sugar
  c Chicken broth
 1 ts Ginger, ground
  c Soy sauce
 1 ds Pepper
 2 tb Sherry
 cooked
 ¼ c Onion, sliced
 3 tb Peanut oil

Dredge meat in flour.

Heat oil in large skillet.

Add half of meat and brownquickly.

Remove meat and set aside.

Pour off excess oil from pan.

Combinechicken broth, soy sauce and sherry.

Add onion, garlic, sugar, ginger andpepper.

Place in a pan along with meat.

Simmer, covered, for 15 minutes oruntil meat is tender.

Serve over rice.
