Grasshopper pie is a dessert that is traditionally made with mint chocolate chip ice cream, whipped cream, and crème de menthe liqueur.
NOTE: Use chocolate cookie wafers to make crust.
Creme de menthe and cremede cacao are suggested for required liqueurs.
Crush chocolate wafers tillvery fine crumbs and add melted butter.
Press evenly into an 8marshmallows and milk.
Cook, stirring constantly, till melted.
Chill tillthickened.
Gradually add liqueurs into marshmallow mixture.
Whip cream, ifnecessary.
Fold 1 c of whipped cream into mixture.
Pour into baked crust.
Garnish with remaining whipped cream and grated chocolate.
Chill at least 4hours before serving.
