Ham Cheese Mold (M_C-Tc) is a recipe that uses ham and cheese as the main ingredients. The ham and cheese are combined together and then formed into a mold. The mold is then refrigerated until it is firm. Once it is firm, the mold is then turned out onto a serving plate and served.
24 oz Cream cheese
3 c Hormel chunk ham (mash
1 ts Lemon juice
fork)
2 ts Worcestershire
1 c Pecans, chopped
½ ts Onion salt
1 Green pepper, chopped

Cream the cheese together with lemon juice, worcestershire and onion salt.

Stir in ham, pecans and green pepper.

Spoon into mold that has been linedwith saran wrap.

Cover and chill overnight.
