1 lb Ground turkey
1 Bay leaf
1 c Chopped onion
⅛ ts Basil
1 c Celery, diced
2 tb Parsley, chopped
2 Cloves garlic, diced
½ ts Thyme
6 c Water
6 Tomatoes, diced
1 Cube vegetable, beef or
1 c Leftover turkey gravy
bouillon
2 c Vermicelli
1 c Red potatoes, diced
