This is a recipe for a light and refreshing shrimp sauce made with herbs, lemon, and shrimp. It is perfect for a summertime meal or as an appetizer.
Melt butter in a large, heavy skillet.
Add lemon zest, garlic, red pepperflakes, basil, and oregano, and cook 2 minutes.
Add shrimp and saute untilopaque, about 4 minutes.
Add parsley, green onions, salt,and pepper, andcook 1 minutes.
Stir in lemon juice and cook another minutes, then tosswith hot pasta and parmesan cheese, and serve at once.
Serve with orwithout extra grated cheese.
