Italian beef stir fry is a quick and easy recipe that is perfect for a busy weeknight. It is made with beef, vegetables, and a simple tomato sauce.

 1 lb Round steak, sliced 1/8
 ¼ c Reduced calorie bottled
 ¼ ts Garlic powder
 salad dressing
 1 sm Onion, cut in small wedges
 1 c Cherry tomatoes, halved
 1 tb Olive oil
 2 c Hot, cooked, pasta
 2 sm Zucchini, thinly sliced
 1 tb Parmesan cheese

Cut beef into 1/8 to 1/4 inch strips.

Cut each strip into 2 long pieces.

Place oil in hot stir fry pan and add garlic powder and beef strips.

Stirfry for about 4 minutes.

Remove from pan.

Add zucchini to pan and cook for2 to 3 minutes.

Return beef to pan and add tomato halves and saladdressing.

Heat through.

Serve over hot pasta.

Sprinkle parmesan cheeseover prepared dish.
