Italian beef stir-fry is a quick and easy recipe that is perfect for a weeknight meal. This recipe is made with flank steak, bell peppers, onions, and a homemade Italian seasoning blend. The beef is cooked until it is tender and then it is served over a bed of pasta or rice.
Cut beef steaks into 1/8 inch thick pieces.
Cook and stir garlic in oil inlarge skillet over medium high heat for 1 minute.
Add beef strips.
Stirfry for 2 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper.
Remove from skillet withslotted spoon and keep warm.
Add zucchini to skillet and stir fry for 2 -3 minutes or until tender crisp.
Return beef to skillet and add dressingand tomatoes.
Heat through and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
Serve overhot pasta.
