Kansas City Basting Sauce Recipe is a sweet and tangy sauce that is used to baste meats while grilling. It is made with ketchup, vinegar, sugar, and spices.
1 c Cider vinegar
½ ts Thyme
1 c Cranberry juice concentrate
½ c Corn syrup
¼ c Butter
½ c Brown sugar
¼ c Catsup
½ ts White pepper
½ Lemon, quartered
½ ts Cayenne pepper
4 Bay leaves
½ ts Rosemary
4 Whole cloves
1 ts MSG
2 md Cloves of garlic, chopped
½ Onion, chopped, cooked until
½ ts Oregano

Cook onion and garlic until clear.
