Korean bean sprouts are a traditional Korean dish made from soybeans that have been sprouted and then cooked in a variety of ways. The most common way to prepare them is to simply boil them, but they can also be stir-fried, pickled, or used in soups or stews.
sprouts 150 gms.
seeds, toasted 2 tbsps.
powder ½ tsp.
onions, chopped ¼ cup
oil As required

1.Clean, wash and boil the beansprouts for 5 minutes in water.

2.Drain, return to the pan and stir the salt, sesame seeds, sesame oil, garlic powder, green onions and simmer on low heat for 2-3 minutes.

3.Once done, serve hot or cold.
