Lamb Chops Pinot Noir is a 20 minute recipe that is perfect for a quick and easy weeknight meal. This dish is made with lamb chops that are pan-fried and then simmered in a delicious Pinot Noir sauce. The lamb chops are served with a side of mashed potatoes and green beans.

 1 ts ROSEMARY
 1 c PINOT NOIR
 1 ts MINCED GARLIC
 ¼ c SUNDRIED TOMATOES
 1 ts OLIVE OIL
 oil)

Season chops with pepper.

Heat two tablespoons of the oil taken from thetomatoes in a skillet Brown garlic and then remove Add one teaspoon ofolive oil to skillet.

Quickly sear chops on both sides and then cover andsimmer for five minutes per side (for medium rare).

Remove chops and keepwarm.

Add wine, tomatoes and rosemary to skillet.

Blend with pan juices,reducing by half.

To serve, cover chops with juice and a sprinkle ofrosemary.
