Mexican Meatloaf is a recipe that includes ground beef, vegetables, and spices. It is typically baked in the oven and served with a side of rice or beans.

 2 lb Ground beef
 8 oz Tomato sauce
 1 cn Chicken rice soup
 cheese
 2 Green chilies, chopped
 8 oz Taco sauce
 1/2 small can of
 1 cn Cream of mushroom soup
 green chilies
 1 Garlic clove, minced
 remainder)
 1 Onion, diced
 and pepper to taste
 tortillas

Brown beef and drain.

Mix in remaining ingredients (except tortillas andcheese).

Bring to a boil.

Put a layer of tortillas in 9 x 13 casserole.

Place 1/2 beef mixture on top of tortillas, add a layer of tortillasandcover with remainder of beef.

Top with grated cheese.

Cover casseroleand bake at 350for 30-45 minutes.
