CHICKEN THIGHS SHOULD BE BONED, SKINNED AND CUBED.

IN A DEEP KETTLE COMBINE THE BONES AND THE WATER.

BRING TO A BOIL.

SKIMOFF SURFACE OF THE WATER SEVERAL TIMES TO REMOVE ALL THE ELEMENTS THATFLOAT TO THE TOP.
