Mustard and dill vinaigrette is a light and refreshing salad dressing made with mustard, dill, and vinegar. It's perfect for summer salads and can be used on any type of salad.
1 ts Firmly packed brown sugar
⅓ c Vegetable oil
1 ts Dijon-style mustard
1 tb Minced fresh dill
2 tb White-wine vinegar
to taste

In a bowl whisk together the brown sugar, the mustard, the vinegar, andsalt to taste, add the oil in a stream, whisking, and whisk the vinaigretteuntil it is emulsified.

Stir in the dill.
